So, friendship day is round the corner and you havenâ’â”t yet gone out to buy your friend a nice friendship bracelet. Well, you do not have to! You donâ’â”t have to go out and spend cash to buy a bracelet for a friend. A better thing to do would be, making your own bracelet at home for your friend. Your friend will keep it for longer because you made it. You would also be satisfied that you did something special. Girls love accessories, so if you get a little creative, you could give your friend a fashion accessory to show off!
You can choose strong and colorful woolen threads or embroidery strings for this purpose. Now get some colorful beads or shells for the bracelet. Here you could get really creative. Decide if you want to twist the threads or concentrate on the decorations. The length of the strings should be such that it must go round your wrist at least twice. You can string the beads in different patterns. If you want to braid the strings, choose the leftmost one out of 3 strings and push it between the other 2. Now take the rightmost string and push it between the rests! Repeat.
This is just a basic idea for a bracelet. Remember to have a little longer string because the bracelet might shrink if it gets wet later. Tie knots before and after the bracelet is done, so that the beads or braids donâ’â”t come off. Tie this on your friendâ’â”s wrist and see the happy reaction.
